How it works

Email us: Send your grievance, concern, or feedback to speakup@planetnusa.com. Be sure to include key details so we can fully understand the issue.

If you wish to remain anonymous, you may create an anonymous email account to ensure your identity is protected.

Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your message within 24 hours and provide information on the next steps.

Investigation & resolution: Our Head of ESG & Sustainability will carefully review your submission, investigate where necessary, and work toward a fair resolution through dialogue. We will act in accordance with applicable law and regulation and uphold the highest ethical standards throughout the process. If a clear violation of the law is involved, we will engage subject-matter experts.

Follow-up: You will be informed of the outcome and any actions taken.
