Regain your strength, have fun & train with us at our new 6-week Mommy & Mini Bootcamp hosted at Bette Café, featuring the amazing Julie Notkin. & yes, the whole point is to bring your wonderful little baby along! Important: Your baby should be between 0-12 months to join in the fun.
Every Thursday morning, we’ll meet for a full-body workout, followed by a relaxing breakfast & plenty of time to bond with other moms. Sounds perfect, right? 💜

MEET YOUR TRAINER: JULIE NOTKIN
Julie has been a key trainer for our Bootcamps over the past three years & works closely with moms. She knows just how to tailor the training to your needs! Expect a dynamic 50-minute workout with 10 minutes of calming breathwork to wrap things up. 💗
Bette Café offers the best setting for you & your baby, with everything you need: diapers in all sizes, nursing facilities, microwaves, play kits & plenty of space for strollers outside.
All you need to bring is yourself & your baby—everything else is on us!
