Aalborg native Ida Bischoff is on board ready to challenge you & make you sweat! As a personal trainer with a background in physiotherapy, Ida combines strength, cardio & functional training to leave you feeling your best after every workout!

TERMS

• Due to the custom nature of this bootcamp, refunds & cancellations are NOT available once commitment & purchase are made.

• Once your first installment is paid, you are committed to paying the remaining balance.

• If the second payment is not received within 10 days of the email notification, a 100 DKK fee will be added to your invoice.

• Missed sessions will not be reimbursed.

• Weather is unpredictable! Sessions will be held outdoors unless otherwise communicated.

• Participants must be 18 years or older.
